SLGN-500 type tubular conveyor belt deflection testing machine is based on the tubular conveyor in the actual application of the conveyor belt in long-term operation of the fatigue deflection test. The machine uses automatic tracking to catch the method of transverse diameter change to catch, and realize with the different loading force, the transverse diameter change displacement tracker to realize automatic displacement, to ensure its testing accuracy, to ensure the authenticity of the data.
The whole test process is controlled by computer and data acquisition. It has test curve, data report saving and printing function, inner diameter setting, band thickness setting, automatic calculation of outer diameter function, force setting, actual force tracking display, displacement data display, loading force and diameter change ratio curve display, saving and printing function, and it can be designed to generate test report.
